What Vinyasa entails
Classes are built around the sun salutation: plank to chaturanga to upward dog to downward dog, repeated and varied until the sequence becomes second nature. Standing balances, twists and backbends rotate weekly, and every class finishes with deep forward folds and rest.
You will build cardiovascular stamina, upper-body strength and a sharper sense of how your breath carries your movement. Some yoga experience helps, but determined beginners are welcome.
What's included
A complete moving practice — warm-up, peak flow and cool-down in every hour.
Sun salutation lab
The first ten minutes break the sequence down, so the flow itself feels effortless and safe.
Peak pose of the week
Crow, dancer, half-moon and friends — approached gradually with wall and prop support.
Cool-down & breath
Hip openers, twists and a guided cool-down that returns your heart rate to resting.

Is Vinyasa too hard for a beginner?
Not if you pace yourself. Take child's pose whenever you need it, skip the chaturanga, and build up over a few weeks — that is exactly what the class is designed for.
How hot does it get?
Warm, not heated — the room stays at a comfortable temperature and the heat comes from your own movement. Bring water and a towel.
Can I combine Vinyasa with Hatha?
Absolutely — many students flow on Tuesdays and restore with Hatha on Wednesdays. Ask at reception about unlimited weekly passes.
